Ban problem need help

Hello,
I'm contacting you regarding a ban on the NMD Sandbox Altis server.
My SteamID is 76561199649217778.
I haven't received any BattlEye messages, just "you have been banned," which seems to be an error.
Could you please check the logs associated with my SteamID?

Your SteamID and BattleEye GUID are not on the ban list. Please try again to connect.
If the problem persists, please tell me the date and exact time you get the ban message. I will then check the server logs.

Update: I found your SteamID on a different ban list. Since I have no documentation of when and why you got banned, you got a new chance to play again. Please check the server rules when you join!
